• If Van der Valk property is damaged, you will be held liable for the costs.

• The use and/or trade of narcotics is not allowed. In case of violation, you will be removed from our hotel without a refund.

• The use of nitrous oxide is not allowed. In case of violation, a fine of €250.00 will be imposed.

• Please do not cause any disturbance in and around the hotel with loud music, rude behavior, or any kind of noise. If this occurs, access to the hotel will be denied and no refund will be possible.

• Under all circumstances, we respect your privacy. However, in case of 'non-compliance with our house rules,' we are permitted to enter your room.

• Van der Valk Hotel Berlin Brandenburg is not responsible for the loss or theft of your belongings. Should you leave items in the hotel room, this is at your own risk.

• Verbal and/or physical violence will not be tolerated.
